Short answer: identify the action
Leia asks you to read, ouça to listen, and escolha or assinale to select. Complete asks for missing information and corresponda for matching. The verb alone does not tell you how many options to select or how to write your answer. Read the whole sentence and identify the object: text, message, question or notice.
The aim is to practise instruction vocabulary in simple situations. Official references guide the skills involved; they do not make this list a compulsory syllabus or validate the results of our questions.
The CEFR describes A2 as simple, direct communication in routine tasks on familiar matters and simple descriptions of personal background and immediate needs.
Last checked:How to use this lesson
Answer the six questions before checking. You may leave questions unanswered: the summary lists them separately. Afterwards connect each error to the verb you did not recognise. Review the expressions below and create a new sentence with another object.
An instruction such as escolha uma resposta asks for one option in this example. Do not apply that to a different task without reading its wording. Understanding instructions is part of preparation; it does not replace understanding the actual passage or recording.
Next step: a complete learning task
Apply leia to new texts using the notices guide. In dialogues, listen first and open the transcript afterwards when possible. If you need the text from the start for accessibility or study preference, open it freely; practice does not impose exam conditions.
Repeat using different numbers and situations. Remembering an example answer does not demonstrate understanding in every context. This website issues no language documents and does not decide nationality or residence requirements.
