Short answer: what you will practise
Distinguish lesson times from the teacher call. The group discussion confirms no certification, real availability or administrative acceptance.
Listen first without looking for the answer in the text. Replay or reduce speed in this practice. If you need the transcript to access the content, it is available without answering first.
The CEFR describes A2 as simple, direct communication in routine tasks on familiar matters and simple descriptions of personal background and immediate needs.
Last checked:How to review understanding
Choose answers to the four questions and check. The result separates correct, answered and unanswered items. Read explanations and find the phrase supporting each answer in the dialogue.
Then use the expressions to build another situation with different days, places or times. Repeating a known answer does not demonstrate understanding a new message.
What this audio does not assess
The script is original and the voice is synthetic European Portuguese. One voice reads both characters; this is not a conversation recorded by native speakers. The material neither reproduces nor predicts a CAPLE question.
This comprehension exercise does not measure your entire A2 ability, writing or spoken interaction, and issues no certificate. Combine all four task types using the learning map and practice papers.
